The Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter & Miracles by Bruce H. Lipton Ph.D

Dr. Lipton does a great job summarizing a complex theory of the mind in a simple to understand manner.   I enjoyed the audio version of this book but plan to re-read it in text.  It's a book that imparts important life lessons that can help us heal at any stage of life.   I know I'll enjoy finding this book on my self many years from now and revisiting its wisdom.
